2)掛號流程

Is this your first visit here?(請問這是你第一次來本診所嗎?)

Your IC card, please.(請給我你的健保卡)

Please fill out the form.(麻煩填寫一下表格)

The clinic fee is 200 NT.(掛號費總共是200元)

If you don’t have an insurance, you got pay yourself.(假如沒有健保的話，你必須自費)

This is a regulation.(這是規定)

Please take the slid. Your number is 24. You can sit there and just wait the doctor to call your name.

Just watch the screen.

3)忘了帶健保卡，關於押金部份

Just leave 500 deposit, and when you come next time, you can get refund within one week. If you can’t make, we have to take your deposit.

4)給藥部份

This Chinese medicine is 3 times a day either before or after meal at least 30 mins.

B: Yes, it’s my first time.

A: Your IC card, please.

B: Oh no!I forgot my IC card.

A: Ok. No problem. Just leave 500 deposit, and when you come next time, you can get refund within one week.
