1)見面招呼語:

Come in, please take a seat.

What can I do for you? /How do you feel today/what seems to be your problem?

2)望聞問切【內科】

Can you give me a brief story about your history.(能否請你大約說明一下疾病的情況呢?)

Do you smoke? Do you drink?

How much alcohol you drink per week?

Let me take your body temperature.

I am not going to do anything to hurt you.(安慰語)

Let me check your tongue,please extent your tongue outward.(讓我檢查一下你的舌頭)

Do you feel stuffy?(你會覺得脹氣嗎?)

Do you have a problem of constipation or diarrhea?(是否有便秘或腹瀉的問題呢?)

When you do the pu , it’s rough or smooth?

Have you ever had this history before?(你之前有過這樣的情形嗎?)

When does it start?

What did you eat last night?

Do you have diarrhea?

Give me your hand. I have to feel your pulse first.

I will give you prescription. You can take the medicine from the counter (after paying the balance.)

3)問診部份【傷科】

This is a new problem. I suggest you put a Ice bag to hold your pain area.(新傷建議冰敷)

If I do some acupuncture, can you take it?(你能否接受針灸治療呢?). 

I am not going to do anything to hurt you.(安慰語) 

When you count 1 to 10, what’s your scale of pain? 

Can you make a number 8? 

Can you raise your hand? 

Can you show me exactly where it is?
